Or you can take a long term lease on one of our existing buildings as is, or revovate it to suit your own needs.

Leases can be any term up to 20 years.
(With renewal option if required)

Prices will depend on the length of term and your overall plans, we are prepared to subsidize your building with very low rental rates for the first 10 years along with reduced rental rates for the second 10 years.

Full time House maid.
